Job Description
Teal Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help scale its platform and partnerships as it expands nationally. The successful candidate will lead product strategy and execution for Teal's B2B healthcare partner workflows and integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, digital health, telehealth, or other regulated healthcare environments
- Experience building products that support healthcare systems, payer workflows, enterprise healthcare operations, or B2B SaaS/platform workflows
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across technical, operational, and business stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
- Strong product intuition paired with analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for improving healthcare experiences and outcomes for women
