Construction Engineering Director

Consolidated Resources is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale operations across civil construction and industrial services divisions. The Director will oversee operational performance, drive operational excellence, and build systems and leadership discipline to support long-term growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Leadership experience in civil construction or related industries
• 5+ years in an operations leadership role overseeing construction teams or projects
• Proven ability to scale operations, implement systems, and standardize processes
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Experience managing multi-project construction environments
• Demonstrated success in a similar leadership role
