As a Customer Success Advisor, you will help customers maximize their potential, develop their businesses, and find the right solutions to grow online. You will be a central point of contact for our customers and function as their trusted advisor, small business expert, and specialist in digital presence.
Requirements
- Hold business-driven conversations with customers and suggest solutions based on their needs.
- Handle incoming matters via email, chat, and phone.
- Guide customers through their journey at Loopia, from general questions to more complex challenges.
- Escalate more difficult matters to our specialist teams when needed.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience in every interaction.
- Participate in training to develop both soft and technical skills.
- Support the onboarding process for new colleagues.
- Provide recommendations regarding our products and services.
- Be the customer's voice internally and contribute valuable feedback for improvements.
- Help the team with tasks outside of the core role when needed.
