Requirements

• analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and/or instructor-led courses and related training products
• nurture, build and sustain strategic client partnerships
• conduct ongoing curriculum maintenance, revision, and course evaluation in accordance with government-issued style guides and requirements
• conduct course validation study/analysis, design, development, testing, and compliance on LMS, evaluation, and course revisions in accordance with Government-issued style guides and requirements
• apply the ADDIE methodology in accordance with government-issued style guides and requirements
• collaborate with the client to conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• support new development through front-end analysis, training design plans, storyboards, assessments, and course pilots
• develop detailed course design documents
• develop, monitor, and maintain Kirkpatrick Level I, II, and III evaluations for courses
• ensure eLearning and Instructor-led instructional materials meet 508 compliance standards
