AI-First Product Manager

We are seeking an AI-First Product Manager to apply Agile and Scrum principles, research and validate new product ideas, and communicate effectively with the development team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a web development environment
• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day product management workflows
• Strong product thinking, ability to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives from discovery to validation
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar AI-powered workflows
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, documentation, analysis, experimentation, and execution
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in rapidly evolving environments
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams
