Directeur(trice) de projets – Construction lourde et infrastructures

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead and direct a team of nine project managers responsible for a diverse portfolio of heavy construction and civil infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of nine project managers.
• Ensure consistent implementation of project management processes, standards, and tools.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for infrastructure projects (landscaping, sewers/drains, roads, concrete structures, etc.).
• Lead project follow-up meetings and monitor financial performance, timelines, and execution quality.
• Closely collaborate with estimation, operations, and management teams to ensure overall project success.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify project issues and implement effective solutions.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and performance on all construction sites.
• Participate in business development and technical support during submissions or new mandates.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the project management team to promote their professional development.
