Estimator needed for a well-established General Contractor operating across the GTA, specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction
• Strong experience with institutional renovations and additions
• Knowledge of public procurement processes (school boards, healthcare, municipal)
• Proficiency in take-off and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, Procore, or similar)
• Engineering, Construction Management, or related education preferred
