Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join the team, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial and residential projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Construction Estimating, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–7 years of estimating experience, preferably with a general contractor.
- Proven experience in industrial and/or residential projects.
- Proficient with estimating software (such as Planswift, Bid2Win, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/French)
