Job Description
We are a well-established General Contractor specializing in institutional construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking to grow our team with an experienced and motivated Senior Estimator.
Requirements
- 7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes in Ontario
- Experience working on projects valued between $5M–$50M
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Timberline, WinEst, or equivalent) and MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
