Job Description
As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for industrial construction projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to securing new work and ensuring financial success across a portfolio of complex, technical builds.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in estimating within the industrial construction sector
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in estimating software (such as HCSS, WinEst, Sage Estimating, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Ontario construction regulations, codes, and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proven track record of successfully bidding and securing complex industrial projects
