Job Description
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a construction project from design coordination through to project turnover, developing project schedules, budgets, and cash flow reports, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3+ years managing projects over $100M in value.
- Knowledge of Ontario codes, standards, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of contracts, including CCDC and CCA contracts and supplementary conditions.
