Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of large-scale institutional construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Manage project budgets ranging from $20M to $100M
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
• Develop and monitor schedules, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
• Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and claims
• Maintain strong communication with public-sector clients and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Mentor and supervise Project Coordinators and site teams
