Requirements
- Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Manage project budgets ranging from $20M to $100M
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
- Develop and monitor schedules, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and claims
- Maintain strong communication with public-sector clients and consultants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Mentor and supervise Project Coordinators and site teams
