Job Description
We are looking for an Agile Portfolio & Programme Management Coach to work with our Change Management team and Research and Stakeholder Engagement team. The role involves coaching junior team members in agile project management, upskilling middle/senior managers in agile portfolio and programme management, and developing lightweight learning products for succession and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 3 years previous experience in agile coaching
- Demonstrable experience of coaching based on agile portfolio or programme management
- Understanding of Government Strategy
