Job Description
FX Well is seeking a Certified Health Education Specialist to deliver onsite and virtual wellness events for clients in the Santa Ana, CA region. The role involves engaging event participants, providing health education, and ensuring a positive experience. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for event attendees and responsible for driving engagement and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional service to all FX Well participants
- Ability to deliver virtual events remotely
- Travel as needed to health and wellness events
- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off of equipment and prizes
- Ensure proper form and safety precautions
- Maintain a positive attitude and high energy
- Willingness to problem-solve and innovate
- Represent FX Well mission
- Maintain understanding of FX Well product and service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
