Job Description
TEAM FX is a fitness company that offers a holistic approach to wellness through its FX Well fitness centers and digital wellness platform. The company is seeking a Fitness Manager to hire and manage personal trainers and group instructors, oversee staff performance, and collaborate with senior management to generate marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science or kinesiology
- 5+ years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of fitness and wellness trainers
- Current national certification (NSCA, ASCM, NASM)
- CPR, AED, and First Aid training
- Good MS Office and computer skills
- Experience with ABC Fitness Solutions software (preferred)
