As the Fleet Allocator, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the daily transport operations, including the efficient and cost-effective allocation of transport related tasks to company drivers, captive sub-contractors, and outside hire.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in planning/scheduling for Intermodal fleet (Sydney Metro preferred)
- Sound knowledge of OH&S, COR, Dangerous Goods Code, and national transport legislation
- Exceptional skills in planning, time management, problem-solving and communication
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to influence and adapt
- Experience working in a safety-first environment
- Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Transport & Logistics (desirable)
