Job Description
The Foreman is responsible for supervising apprentices, ensuring the safe, timely, and code-compliant completion of projects in residential electrical work. The role involves leading and supervising helpers/apprentices, managing day-to-day operations, and addressing customer inquiries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in electrical work or a related field
- Valid Residential/Journeyman Electrician’s License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical capability to perform the essential duties of the job
- Strong verbal communication and leadership skills
