The Fire Alarm Foreman is responsible for the physical installation of Fire Alarm System cabling and devices on low voltage circuits. The role involves working on new construction sites and existing buildings during remodels, collaborating with the installation team to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2+ years of Life Safety & Security systems field experience
- NICET I or ESA I within the first 18 months of employment
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams across electrical trades
- Experience installing fire alarm and or low voltage cabling and field equipment
- Basic computer skills for jobsite management software and digital plan sets
- Ability to read blueprints and review system specifications
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
