Job Description
The HVAC Estimator is responsible for assessing project timelines, researching market prices for materials and equipment, and communicating with clients to define project scopes. The role also focuses on improving cost-estimating procedures to minimize discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
