Job Description
Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Administrative Coordinator to be the first point of contact within their clinic. The ideal candidate is empathetic, outgoing, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying appointments, maintaining schedules, and accurately updating records in the electronic medical and billing record system.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Experience in a patient-centered healthcare position an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid basic computer skills
