Job Description
As a Physical Therapy Technician at Team Rehab, you will provide support to licensed therapists in a clinical setting, participate in training and mentorship programs, and have opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions
- Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support
- Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques
- Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment
- Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed
- Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized
- Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care
- Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist
