We are looking for a pro-active Account Director who can make an impact at a strategic level with leading (international) brands. You will build sustainable customer relationships, drive commercial growth, and inspire your team.
Requirements
- End responsibility for customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and commercial results of multiple large accounts.
- Translate the wishes and ambitions of clients into concrete strategies and creative solutions.
- Work closely with clients, strategists, creatives, data analysts, project managers, and junior account managers.
- Guide and coach colleagues within your accounts (including juniors).
- Continuously signal opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and contribute to new business proposals.
- Monitor budgets and results: profitability and growth are in good hands with you.
