We are looking for an Office Manager for our office in Amsterdam to strengthen our team and play a crucial role in the organization. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, organizing team and customer events, and creating a welcoming and pleasant working environment.

Requirements

• Host(ess) for customers and colleagues, including opening the office
• Culture: organization of office initiatives for multiple locations
• Lunch: daily preparation of a fresh lunch for the team and/or customers
• Facility management, building management and procurement
• Office design: ensuring that the office represents the identity of team5pm
• Management of the office agenda, meeting rooms and other resources
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls
• Backoffice: support with various back-office tasks
• Support for sustainability projects
• Office budget: responsible for creating and managing the office budget
• Organize and coordinate team outings and business events for our customers
• Budget management for events, from start to finish
• Coordination of all event requirements
