Job Description
We're a data-driven social agency looking for a Senior Social Creative to join our team. As a Senior Social Creative, you will be responsible for creating social content and campaigns that make people pause and take notice. You will work with a dynamic team and have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with the company.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience at agencies, especially on social short-form (TikTok, Reels, Snapchat)
- A prize-winning portfolio with plenty of aura
- You pitch your ideas just as convincingly as an influencer pitches their favorite drink of the moment
- You're critical of your own work and that of your team. But always nice. Period.
- You inspire, guide, and share your knowledge as if you have main character energy.
- You don't just follow trends, you're the trend.
