Management Accountant

Teamified is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Accountant to take ownership of the company’s finance function, building and maintaining accurate internal management accounts, providing commercial insight, and driving improvement across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong experience producing accounts up to trial balance level
• Proven ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of GST, BAS, and Australian compliance requirements
• Strong working knowledge of MYOB and/or Xero
• Strong Excel capability (ability to build and interrogate reports)
• Comfortable working across both financial and operational data
• Commercially minded—focused on improving the business, not just reporting it
• Hands-on and practical—comfortable with both detailed work and higher-level thinking
• Proactive and willing to challenge the status quo
• Strong problem-solver with the ability to turn analysis into action
• Clear and confident communicator
