Job Description
We are currently consolidating multiple entities into a single, scalable operation and are seeking a hands-on Controller to lead our accounting function, streamline processes, and build meaningful financial reporting that drives business decisions. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that is primarily onsite in our Winchester office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Controller or senior accounting role
- Strong experience with QuickBooks (Online or Enterprise)
- Experience managing AR/AP, payroll, and financial close processes
- Proven ability to manage or oversee accounting staff
- Advanced Excel / financial analysis skills
