Job Description
Teamshares is looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to serve as the Small Business President/CEO of one of its network companies in the Inland Empire metro area. The president will be responsible for increasing profitability and successfully transitioning the business to employee ownership.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience in automotive mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering in a product-based environment
- Proven experience using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for product design and development
- Energized by transformation environments and willing to personally drive change
