Senior Business Analyst

Tebra is seeking a Senior Product Business Analyst to advance our product analytics program and unlock smarter, faster decision-making across our platform teams. This role will involve defining and evolving product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure, as well as building and maintaining scalable SQL models in Snowflake that power self-service analytics and trusted product reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics within a SaaS environment.
• Consultative leadership aligning and guiding product teams to optimize user flows, feature stickiness, and overall platform health.
• Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to build automated analytics models that drive self-service insights at scale.
• Experience handling PHI (Protected Health Information) and navigating the security requirements of highly regulated healthcare data environments.
• Demonstrated success analyzing financial data, billing metrics, or revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows within a product context.
