Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the production process across all departments at our Dubai client's warehouse.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production or warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate across different departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on productivity metrics.
- Familiarity with production scheduling and resource management tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of cost management and optimization techniques.
