Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager with comprehensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning ensuring that all HR practices align with UAE labor laws and site-specific needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of HR management experience in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and construction workforce practices
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
- Proficient in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office
