We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager Marketplace to lead strategic initiatives and growth plans across aggregator platforms and marketplaces.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience managing and scaling brands on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem) or managing a category at an online marketplace.
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the GCC, with strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
- Experience as a Program Manager or strategic lead working closely with leadership teams in fast-paced e-commerce environments.
- Strong data interpretation skills, with solid grasp of unit economics COGS, margins, advertising costs, and profitability levers.
