Project Manager_ Oil & Gas

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience in Fabrication, Modular Building, and EPC projects.

Requirements

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and timely completion of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, and develop and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address any issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional development and project success.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes and procedures.
