Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage the design process for high rise buildings and luxury villas, and help deliver exceptional projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in high rise and luxury villas design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Strong design and technical skills with an eye for detail
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
