Tableau Engineer / BI Analyst (Contract)

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Engineer / BI Analyst for a project-based assignment to own and manage our Tableau environment, responsible for organizing, maintaining, and optimizing Tableau dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, actionable insights.

Requirements

• Own and manage the Tableau ecosystem, including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Organize, maintain, and optimize existing dashboards and reporting structures.
• Design and build intuitive, high-quality dashboards and data visualizations aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards and data sources.
• Perform data modeling and light ETL work to support reporting needs.
• Monitor Tableau Server performance, manage permissions, and maintain governance best practices.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing dashboards.
