Job Description
Monitor and track invoices approvals, coordinate approvals of invoices, process Goods Receipts of goods and services, reconcile invoice payments issues, work with Accounts Payable team, accrue for unprocessed invoices, initiate purchase order creations, review financial material, enter voucher in general ledger or corporate finance database, identify and maintain files and documentation.
