Staff Software Engineer - Node.JS

TechBiz Global is looking for a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to contribute to the evolution of core product and engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about scalable backend systems, product engineering, technical leadership, and hands-on software development.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, customer-facing software products.
• Strong expertise in backend services, distributed systems, and application/data integration.
• Hands-on experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API-first principles within multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong full-stack engineering background with deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js preferred, or strong experience with backend technologies such as Java,.NET/C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
