The job holder is responsible for conducting research and analysis to create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. They will identify data sources and develop new business models to support sound business decisions.
Requirements
- Research and analysis to create business analysis
- Developing informative and actionable reports
- Identifying trends and patterns to forecast business plans
- Using data modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Reporting and documentation of business objectives and processes
- Implementing solutions to business problems
- Creating functional specifications and user manuals
- Simplifying technical jargon for non-technical teams
- Certification from Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is preferred
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution
- Business English standard of proficiency
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
- Proven analytical and modelling capability
- Experience working in an agile operating environment
- Experience writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques
