The Senior Solutions Developer is responsible for developing products using the Agile method, designing solutions based on customer experience journeys, and managing solution delivery processes for customers.

Requirements

• Gather detailed information about the customer
• Develop product requirements
• Manage task assignment from start to finish using Agile project management method
• Design and build solutions that meet customer needs
• Ensure collaboration with stakeholders
• Support business team leader in implementing customer's journey
• Manage project srum segments
• Develop product quality documents according to requirements
• Manage support requests and resolve product issues for 1-2 teams
• Organize continuous iteration monitoring and operation with Scrum Master
• Lead and support team in continuous improvement
• Identify and implement improvement stories to increase speed and quality of programs
• Coordinate and manage task execution
• Eliminate task barriers to allow teams to focus on product distribution
• Be responsible for PnL and business efficiency of assigned solution team in each period
• Manage specific tasks related to product launches
• Identify factors affecting product launch and lead implementation of them
• Work with team leaders to resolve people and project barriers
• Develop plans and analyze root causes to help teams improve practices
