The successful candidate will support the implementation of cross-bank initiatives for investment portfolios of both traditional projects implemented through the Waterfall method and customer journey digitalization initiatives implemented through the Agile method.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management in a bank or a leading technology organization
• Strong knowledge and experience in banking product development, efficiency management, and IT project implementation
• Proven experience working in an Office of Transformation to drive a large change program across the organization
• Strong experience in tracking and managing performance including the rhythm of performance reviews
• Understanding of Agile principles, practices, and Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Banking, and Finance, or relevant field
