The Senior Relationship Manager - Gold is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-priority customers, providing financial advisory services, and developing relationships with customers. The incumbent must gain customer information, analyze customer needs, and provide transaction services and advisory services to meet customer financial goals, needs, and lifestyle. They must also manage and care for assigned customer portfolios, build customer networks, and provide outstanding customer experience through Priority Banking services.

Requirements

• Graduated from a regular university with a GPA of Good or Excellent.
• English proficiency: English language proficiency certificate (TOEIC or equivalent) meeting bank requirements at each time.
• At least 5 years of experience in credit, business, and direct sales in the financial-banking sector.
• In-depth understanding of customer behavior and needs.
• Understanding of credit and banking products, including transactions, savings, credits, investments, insurance, and lending.
• Ability to provide comprehensive financial solutions for customers.
