The Senior Business Analysis Manager is responsible for application development, business requirement management, team management, and design. The jobholder will directly advise and analyze development requirements from business units, support users, and manage the business and technology platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or business administration
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial organizations and 4 years in a management position
• Experienced in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes
• Experienced in working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experienced in writing SQL queries and using data visualization tools and techniques
• Experienced in identifying potential issues and risks by conducting gap analysis, understanding and evaluating criteria
• Experienced in monitoring and analyzing business results, competitiveness, and trends (SWOT analysis, market share assessment)
• Experienced in Agile Product Development and good understanding of Agile principles and practices as well as Scrum methodologies
• Experienced working in Agile teams to manage digital transformation projects
