Senior Manager, Business Analysis (40000037)

Senior Manager, Business Analysis oversees a team of business analysts, conducting research and analysis to create business analyses and solution recommendations. The job holder will engage with stakeholders, provide technical expertise, and lead the business analysis process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and Banking, Economics, Computing, Information Technology, Business Management or related disciplines
• Certification from the Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution with at least 4 years of managerial experience
• Business English standard of proficiency is required
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proven analytical and modelling capability with gap analysis, SWOT analysis
• Experience working across multiple project scopes, applying Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools
• Experience making business presentations to multiple stakeholder groups
