OB Removal Team Leader

Supervise and lead daily overburden (OB) removal operations, ensure compliance with K3LH standards, and coordinate with contractors and teams to ensure smooth and efficient mine operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering (Minimum GPA 3.00 for Bachelor’s, 3.25 for Master’s)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mine Operation Supervisor or in a similar open-pit mining role
• Hold a valid SIM A (mandatory)
• Certified in Basic KPLH, Safety Driving; POP Certification is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Minescape, and ArcGIS
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly adaptable, safety-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
• Fast learner with strong initiative and ownership mindset
• Able to manage multiple priorities under dynamic conditions
• Demonstrates passion for continuous improvement and team development
