Supervise and lead daily overburden (OB) removal operations, ensure compliance with K3LH standards, and coordinate with contractors and teams to ensure smooth and efficient mine operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering (Minimum GPA 3.00 for Bachelor’s, 3.25 for Master’s)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mine Operation Supervisor or in a similar open-pit mining role
- Hold a valid SIM A (mandatory)
- Certified in Basic KPLH, Safety Driving; POP Certification is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Minescape, and ArcGIS
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly adaptable, safety-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
- Fast learner with strong initiative and ownership mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities under dynamic conditions
- Demonstrates passion for continuous improvement and team development
