Perform general maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and repairs of equipment and machinery in various trades. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience and/or formal vocational/technical training in a variety of building and/or utility trades
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License
• Valid driver’s license compliant with REAL ID Act
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Regular, dependable attendance
• U. S. citizenship to obtain and maintain access to military installations
