Job Description
EMI Services is hiring a Quality Control Manager to work directly with the project manager, operations manager, safety supervisor, and the United States Government. The QCM is responsible for ensuring quality services to customers, testing and inspecting services, and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations. The ideal candidate promotes quality and customer services excellence.
Requirements
- Work closely with Project Manager, FSM, SSHO, subcontractors, and QCI Staff
- Develop and maintain quality surveillance and tracking system for maintenance shops and subcontractors
- Develop and implement QC plan, ensuring environmental plan compliance, performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting
- Manage Quality Control Inspectors
- Lead monthly QCM with Government
