Vice President of Operations

EMI Services seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to mentor site Program Managers, serve as a facilities management SME, and improve the business management of individual programs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the skilled trades and proven program and business management skills.

Requirements

• Lead day-to-day operations of base operations and support contracts nationwide.
• Mentor and support program/site leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Program Managers to evaluate operational and financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and represent the company with Government representatives.
• Oversee contract modification lifecycle management and lead subcontract strategy.
• Drive subcontractor performance and accountability, and support business development efforts.
• Contribute to the management of EMI’s most valuable asset—its people—across the full employee lifecycle.
