Job Description
EMI Services, an employee-owned subsidiary of TechFlow Inc., seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead day-to-day operations, mentor site Program Managers, and improve business management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the skilled trades and proven program and business management skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing large (100+ FTE) and/or multiple federal base operations programs/contracts
- Demonstrated operational excellence in continuous improvement, contract management, and business management acumen (financial performance)
- Proven experience developing budgets, driving financial performance, and improving operational metrics
- Experience managing unionized workforces, including negotiating and administering Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), and ensuring compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations
