Scrum Master

The Scrum Master reports to an Agile Development Manager and works closely with Architecture, Engineering, Design, and Software Development teams to ensure software solutions are delivered in an efficient and professional manner. The Scrum Master facilitates sprint planning, DSU, review, and retrospective, and ensures data is collected about the development process.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent experience)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering or Computer Science field
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to set and manage expectations
• Ability to make and keep commitments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in building professional and performant software solutions
• Knowledge of software concepts and applications
• Familiarity with the QA process, value proposition, and activities
• Knowledge of data and software architecture
• Familiarity with KPI definition and reporting
• Experience participating in complex software projects
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience managing people
