Techland is one of the biggest video game companies in Poland, with over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry. We're looking for a Lead Online Game Designer to define the framework and structure for a new experience in the Dying Light franchise and lead an interdisciplinary team of developers to deliver their vision in the Dying Light universe.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in game design for online and live-service (Games-as-a-Service) titles.
- Prior experience as Lead Game Designer or Design Director
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of statistics and/or data analytics tools
- Knowledge of visual scripting tools / languages
- True passion for video games, knowledge of latest titles and current trends in the industry, especially regarding Online, F2P and Live Operations market.
