Requirements
- Design, plan, and execute daily events and promotional initiatives aimed at driving growth across key business KPIs
- Evaluate and continuously improve event performance, sales content, messaging, and in-game economy
- Oversee daily promotional operations and conduct ongoing optimization to maximize monetization performance
- Partner with game designers to develop new features and live experiences that enhance player engagement and lifetime value (LTV)
- Take responsibility for monetization-related KPIs and ensure consistent progress toward business growth objectives
